We go to Orlando every January and I have never had it be cold or rainy. This year we decided to take Mollie for the first time and the weather didn't exactly cooperate. We did have a good time in spite of me having a cold and being cold! It was fun to see Mollie have fun. This was her first plane ride, she got her wings, met the pilot and got to go in the cockpit. At the theme parks it was funny to watch her, on every ride or show I watched to see her reaction....nothing, absolutely nothing, just a blank stare, then when it was over she would come back to life and be so excited about what she just saw. I think she was just taking it all in. We got totally soaked by Shamoo at SeaWorld, got totally soaked at Magic Kingdom by the rain (not our picture in front of the palace where we are soaked) and had a dry but very cool day at Animal Kingdom. It was actually warmer at home than in Florda! Mollie did meet Mickey and Minnie which was a little surprising to me because she's always been hands off with characters but once she got to get her picture taken with them there was no stopping her. She got pics with several others as well. We keep asking Mollie what her favorite thing on the trip was and every time she answers, it's something different, I guess she like it all.

Maybe your pilot got confused and flew you to Iowa, the land of always bad weather... :) Glad to hear you had a good time in spite of the "cold". Love the pictures of her with her wings and in the pilot's cap!
